We accept worldwide orders. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping of stock items. We promise to proceed your order within 2 business working days (until stock last). Orders include lenses are custom made items (not stock items) which take additional 14 days for production. By tracking your order, just visit Taikoeyework.com again, log-in your account and clicking "My Account", the status of your order will show up for your reference. However, should the shipping time exceed 2 weeks, Please notify us by e-mail.
Shipping Rates
Worldwide orders are shipped by registered air mail provided by Hong Kong Post. The shipping cost is EUR 8,00 for the 1st pair of eyewear and then FREE SHIPPING for additional items with a limited of 5 pcs maximum. Please note that buyers will be responsible for covering your local customs fees and other import duties.
Returns Policy
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for one time exchange, this policy apply to original list price buyer, we will not consider any exchange on discount items & custom made items(eg. lenses). Before returning the items, please notify us by e-mail. You are responsible to pay the return postage unless the items we sent were in-correct, damaged, or had missing parts. Custom made items (eg. lenses) & items which show clear signs of used was(were) not qualified to return. The purchase becomes effective upon the expiry of the 14 days return period.
Sending your Return
You can send your return to Taikonaut Limited, Unit 7, 7/F, Tower B, Southmark, 11 Yip Hing Street, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. Please enclose the invoice.
Damaged or Defective Items
If something was wrong with an order you had received from Taikoeyework.com, please notify the obvious defects immediately (within 14 days) by contacting us via e-mail : customer-care@taikoeyework.com or by fax : (852) 2552 1208.
